The International Council of Malaysian Scholars and Associates

                 The International Council of Malaysian Scholars and Associates (ICMS) is a non-profit professional network of talented and driven Malaysians, committed to the development of Malaysian Youths in three main areas: leadership capabilities, intellectual rigour and career pathways. The Council is a registered society with the Malaysian Registrar of Societies and has an internal audit system in the form of the Internal Standards for Financial Processes (ISFP).

                  Within 8 years, this Council has grown from a mere group of 14 people to a strong network of 150 active Associates and 114 registered alumni. Today, we are based in six countries divided into 5 Chapters; the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and North America which consists of the United States of America and Canada.

​

                 In accordance with its motto “Building Networks, Empowering Leaders, Realising Ideas”, ICMS brings talented Malaysians with drive and motivation together, to develop themselves and others around them in areas related to leadership, intellect and career. ICMS also empowers its Associates to organise events and to use the network of talent and resources to bring new ideas into fruition.

                 Our extensive global network made up of Associates that carry out their roles with commitment, tenacity, and hustle, together with our relationships with industry leading Malaysian firms, are the competitive advantages that have led us to be the vanguard Malaysian-based international student bodies today.
